All orders are covered by a 30-day return policy. The 30-day period begins on the date your item is delivered.
Any defective items, including items with broken wings, broken landing gear, broken antennas, smudged/crooked paint, incorrect/partial aircraft registration, will be replaced. However, if you decide to return an item that is delivered in satisfactory condition (same condition as it leaves the factory), a 15% restocking fee will be charged. Shipping costs will not be refunded for items that are delivered to our customers in satisfactory condition.
For quality control purposes and to ensure we deliver the best possible product, all items are photographed by HobbyJets prior to leaving our warehouse.
If you receive a damaged item, please keep the original box and packaging, and notify us as soon as possible (no later than 30 days), after the receipt of your item.
Please Note: Returns will not be accepted for exchange on an item when any modifications/repairs have been attempted by the purchaser. If an item is broken, it is best to send it to us in the condition received. Do not attempt to repair the item, as our return policy does not cover modifications or repair attempts made by the purchaser.
To start a return, you can visit returns.hobbyjets.com or email us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
